Where Can I Get Replacement Pads for the Razer Naga Hex?

I've owned one of these bad boys for quite a few years and they've been great. Unfortunately, recently, the pads began tearing and it's causing a lot of friction against my mouse pad. I've been looking on and off for the past few months for replacements, but cannot find them anywhere. I tried contacting support to buy a new set of pads, but because the mouse is now out of warranty, they will not let me contact them at all. Attached is an image of the underside of the mouse, and an image of the top side to clarify which model of Naga it is. Thank-you for reading, and I appreciate any help.
