Where do i get replacement fans for my laptop

i have a razer blade 16 mercury (Rz09-0483tem3) and the right side fan is making grinding noises not sure if the fan shroud is making contact or if its something in the fan but i need to replace it. Was hoping someone could tell me what fans i can use as replacements ive checked other related posts but non of them seemed to get answers.

    I am a landscape architect and I use a 3D program called Structure Studios which requires the attributes this laptop offers. There are (2) fans on the bottom to keep these attributes cool.  One is making a high pitched noise then it goes away and then when working on details it kicks back on.  and I am afraid that it could harm the computer.  I need to have you provide a new fan that I can install.

     

    This is my only computer and I can't be without it to provide my clients service.  Which is design done on this laptop.  If I can get a fan and install it here it would be great.  I can get it back into working service in one day. Until then I would need to use it with the noise.
