Where do I go from here? | Razer Insider

Last night my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition with 3080, that I bought in 2021, had one of the battery sections set on fire. Luckily it was not in my lap, and I was able to throw it the floor before any serious damage occurred to my person, though it did damage my vinyl flooring and create some very toxic smoke. My assumption is that is beyond repair, and that I’m possibly out the $3000 it cost, but I would like to know the company stance on such potentially dangerous batteries in a high end product?

The image below clearly shows the dangerous bulge in the second section, but luckily that section kept its integrity.

EDIT: My original order number was RZUSWP1000000351488
