So, about a year ago, give or take a few weeks, i bought a Razer Tartarus. last year in october the d-pad broke, and i thougt, eh i’ll just work without it. Then i thought, Hey, might check if there’s a standard warranty? Lo and behold, there is! On two years.
Now my biggest problem is actually figuring out how to contact Razer support and get it sent in so i can either get it repaired or replaced.
Can anyone give me a proper steb by step guide to figure out how to get my objective here done?
