i,

I has ordered a gaming chair Tarok essential x from Currys. 
However, there are two missing parts, two cover were missing. I had attached pic for your reference. I had tried to call Curry's customer service but they are not able to help. I would like to receive those missing part but not returned the chair. I did assemble the chair and not able to uninstall the chair again. The chair itself is well functioning without that two cover.
I had also attached couple of pictures for your reference.
Currys order number is CUR2559131470
Order date 3-2-2025 and delivery date 5-2-2025

Hope you are able to send those missing parts to me.
