Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X for PC. The product came with a promotional card stating that THX Spatial Audio could be purchased for $9.99.

I have already registered my BlackShark V2 X to my Razer account. However, when I attempt to purchase THX Spatial Audio, the price displayed is $20.00 USD, not the advertised $9.99.

Could you please guide me on how to claim the promotional price? I'm quite frustrated, as it feels like I'm unable to redeem an advertised offer.
