where is 7.1 activate code?

To activate the 7.1 feature of the Razer Blackshark V2X product, only the QR code appeared. There is no activation code anywhere on the box.

Where you bought your Razer BlackShark V2 X? The 7.1 Surround Sound activation code should be on a scratch card included with the package. If it's missing, reaching out to the reseller for a replacement or refund might be your best bet. Just a heads-up, the product registration covers the warranty, but the activation code will be on the card itself.

Also, keep in mind that buying from non-authorized dealers can sometimes mean the product isn’t genuine or might have issues. Make sure get your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers  to ensure authenticity. If you need any more help, just send me a PM with your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check if the reseller is authorized by Razer. Thanks!
