I bought a razer blackshark v2 pro. So my problem is I didn’t get an activation code in my box and once I downloaded the apps and registered the product, I didnt receive any activation code there either (that is required in order to use the thx audio)
Can I get some help with this issue? am I missing something?

Just install Synapse, THX is already there. There’s also a manual inside saying the same thing ;)

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3. Please follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones. I hope this helps. Feel free PM if you need further assistance. Have a good one!
