I placed my order 17 days ago and have yet to receive anything. Support tells me to wait 2-3 days. I wait the 3 days and contact them again and am told to wait another 3 days. I've been told to wait 4 times now and am beyond frustrated. I am given no explanation as to what has happened with my order, how much longer I need to wait or why this is happening. I'm just endlessly told to wait 2-3 more days. I need someone higher up I guess because the support it adamant about not helping me.
I'm sure apologies won't be enough, but please allow me to try to help you make sense of it all. Send me your ticket and order number so I can check things out myself.
