I’ve had my blackshark v2 for more than a year ago and as far as i remember I had access to THX. Now it’s claiming for a code and I cant reach support because when I select the product the system says it is not elegible for THX code??????? There might be an issue I’m not aware of, if so, please let me know, because I feel scammed.

If you had read the manual, then you’ll know that you’re not scammed :)
THX Spatial in Blackshark V2 does not require any activation, because it’s available out of box through Synapse software (Audio → Mixer tab).
If you’re using external THX app - uninstall it.

Alright, I have razer’s THX installed from synapse 3 installation check box. I didn’t hVe it a couple days because I had to reboot my pc and forgot to check it during first installation. And still didn’t have the functions on my synapse. So if you please can help me with this, I’ll appreciate it, thanks!
Yes,bro! You can download steelseries.com/gg software like Synapse but from a manufacturer who has all the software working!) I downloaded SeelSeries a month ago, configured everything as needed and got great sound!
Razer also cheated me. I’ve installed ss half year ago because of thx spatial problems but today after windows update it also stop working….. I hate this headset...
