Where is my THX Spatial Audio code?

I recently ordered a Razer Kraken Ultimate from Amazon.com. I have received the headset, but have not recieved any email from Razer with my THX Spatial Audio code (WHICH COMES WITH THE HEADSET!). Using the headset without the THX software sounds like the worst stereo quality I've ever heard. Can someone please tell me where I can find my code?!

I think I'll return my Kraken so that I can get a headset which doesn't require THX to function. Not the outcome that I wanted, but it's my only option at this point.
