Where is my thx spatial audio code

I bought blackshark v2 pro headphones, but there is no card for activation thx spatial code, and no redeem code in my email.

    Only the Razer BlackShark V2 X and V2 X USB are compatible with the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Your headset has a built-in THX Spatial Audio feature which you can activate via Synapse or you can purchase the THX Spatial Audio standalone app. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
