I recently bought blackshark v2 se but can't find the activation code. Anyone pls help.

Have you registered your headset through the Synapse App? should be able to click the little green button to the left of your email/username there.

You don't need an activation code for the V2 version since it is a built-in feature on the USB sound card that comes with the headset.

Is there a way to get a code separately? Or do I not need one for Razer Kraken Pro V2 headset?

Im with the same situation and I'm waaaay to lost to understand. So, basically the USB sound card is an already 7.1 built-in?, because I can't find the damn code. Do I need Synapse for anything at all for my BlackShark V2 besides THX? Can I control whenever I want to use or quit the 7.1 surround?

You will need a separate code for the Kraken Pro V2. I was referring to the Blackshark V2.

Yes, the USB sound card itself has the 7.1/THX built-in feature and you no longer need a separate code. Yes, you will only need Synapse 3 and not the THX spatial software. Yes, you can control it via Synapse 3 and PC audio settings

Yeah, I asked this via customer support 2 days ago and this was the answer. Basically is Synapse 3 and that’s all, no need for anything else.

Closing this thread as resolved. Please note that the BlackShark V2 does not need an activation code to get access to the 7.1 surround sound features. You can do all of that on Synapse 3.0. If you don't have the app yet, you can download it from here.
