Where is the support on this forum? Why i haven’t contacted with any offical razer support employee since yesterday?

 

My mouse is literally dead and i can’t do my work because of it. I want live chat support right now, this is ridiculous!!

I am returning all my razer products, well two of them which are both faulty products. Horrible headset with a dead mouse… And will never touch any of their products ever again in my whole life. 

 

I don’t deserve this bullshit. 


Hey @Dale_Blackburn, I’m sorry that there’s been no help, it sucks. The forums are a slower form of support, but no excuses. Generally, for faster support, the direct lines are better suited. With that said, I’m going to get someone to help you directly. You have every right to be frustrated and angry. Feels bad for us, we gotta do better.
