Hello. I bought a "Kraken x for console" headphones, but I couldn't find the 7.1 surround activation code inside. After registering the product, the code was not sent in the mail.

I registered the product immediately after purchase, but I never received the code.
There was no scratch card in the box, just a brochure with a link to the RAZER website.
And when I try to request a code, it says that there is no support for this model 7.1 surround
