Where should I go if I've hit a dead end on an RMA?

Hi Razer family, Could do with some help. Had to send in my unit for a repair and its just gone quiet. No response to emails, emailed the American customer services as they were helpful once before but I am still getting no response at all. Has anyone got any suggestions. Because my unit is now out of warrantee due to when the fault was reported I cant even go on chat. Emails or numbers or anything really :) Please help. Thanks
