so i recently broke my usb dongle for my razor kraken v3 pro and as i was trying to buy a replacement, the website doesn’t have them.
I don’t have proof of purchase because I bought them from best buy by trading in a pair i already had on my account. The account shows the pair i purchased as returned, but doesn't show my purchase of these headphones as their replacement.
I really need the bluetooth feature on my headphones and can't afford to buy another pair right now. What can I do?
