Team, My razer blade stealth 13 late-2019 battery is swollen and I need a new one. I submitted a ticket but Razer has not replied ( Q1: can i buy a replacement battery Q2: how is it even possible to ship a damaged litihium battery without violation of shipping regulations. ). So, I need help on buying a replacement. What store or brand have you used? Where did you buy your replacement battery ? (I am in US)

    While we currently do not ship out replacement parts for our systems, we offer repair services even for out-of-warranty devices. Should you want to give it a shot, PM me your ticket number. That way, I can push it in that direction. But let me know if you're leaning towards the DIY route so I can reopen this. I'll be locking the thread now.
