Where to enter the THX Spatial Audio activation code?

Hello,

I bought the license for THX Spatial Audio but during update to synapse 4, i had to reinstall the software in free version and i don’t know where i must to enter the Key code.

The software seems not to work (no sound in my headphone Blackshark V2 when i select THX spacial device).

 

Please, help me. Thank you!

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 (Razer USB Sound Card) comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse with no additional purchase required. You can follow the instructions provided here to set it up for your headset.

As for the standalone THX Spatial Audio software you purchased, here's how you can get it up and running:

  1. Download the THX Spatial Audio standalone software.
  2. Log in with your Razer ID.
  3. Input the activation code you received in the field provided.THX Spatial Audio Activation
