Hi, sorry for necroing this post. I am in the same situation as OP and many other players for the last 2 years. My D-pad switches ended quickly after 14 month of casual gaming. Since then I go back to my good old unbreakable Razer Nostromo (10 years of service), but I still have hope to find a solution to find a replacement for the PCB D-PAD card to bring this 120 € premium gaming device to life. I’ve seen that other brand are offering a replacement part service, may be Razer could do the same to keep its customers confidence in the brand ?
