Where to make a complaint?

I would like to make a complaint about Razer service and there does not seem to be anywhere to do so, please could a moderator point me in the correct direction

Honestly the process I have had to go through so far is absurd, ended up starting the complaint via Facebook messenger and then they opened a case, but it’s really an absurd way to go around it, they need a dedicated place to make complaints

I started via Facebook messenger 22 September 2024 as of today, 13 October 2024 my complaint has not been resolved. I’ve repeatedly requested that my complaint be escalated to a supervisor but they will not do this so the email thread is at 58 emails and counting so far… it’s absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is awful and it needs to be addressed. I do not understand why there isn’t a dedicated customer complaint process… I guess they anticipate they’ll be inundated with complaints. I’m just not going away until this has been resolved. I wish you the best of luck with your complaint, let me know how you get on and if you happen to find a way to submit a complaint.

That is terrible

Mine also has not been resolved yet and it is an incredibly slow and laborious process, 58 emails is ridiculous though, also the fact not even a moderator has responded to this post really shows the lack of dedication to their customers

They need to fix there services because its having issues literally.

Hi, in order to file a complaint, I would try contacting a Razer support agent. There are a couple you can contact on Razer ainsider through PM's/DM's including Razer.Aero and Razer.Zionzedd

Please do because I havent receive a code from y’all for buying 100 Dollar Pin so I tried to refund it but it keeps denied it.
