Hello, I sent my Razer Blackshark v2 SE headset in for warranty repair, and a replacement report has been issued. Since they don't have the same model, they're suggesting a different replacement. My priority, of course, will be to request a V2 Pro model. If they don't have the Blackshark series, which Kraken model should I request? If anyone has any information on this, I'd appreciate it.
I specifically bought the USB version because my motherboard (MSI B550 Gaming Plus) didn't have good sound. I was generally satisfied with the Blackshark v2's sound quality, but the only drawback was the instability of the volume up/down buttons. I'd like to ask you guys for a Razer equivalent that would provide the same performance.
