I have BlackShark V2 X and when i take clips from AMD ReLive, the clips have no sound and i can't share them with my friends.

Were you able to isolate the issue by disabling the Razer 7.1 Surround sound application? Were you able to take clips if it's not running? You can also try to clean install the app and make sure both Synapse and Windows OS are up to date.
