Greetings, 

 

Whenever I connect headset with my android phone (xiaomi redmi ) its mute button simply dont work as expected even on recorder app it register my voice after muting from headset correctly, even checked this on samsung phone. But strangley its working on iPad and on laptop if connected via bluetooth. 

 

How to reproduce error:

Take any android phone and connect via bluetooth this headphone, open discord app and try to mute with ur headphone mute button.

 

Hence, to rectify this issue I tried to upgrade firmware as per suggested by Razer official customer support, but when I tried to connect dongle with USB - type C jack it is not detecting, “Next” button is grey out. (For reference attaching image) 
 

 

SO far I have tried, 

  1. Restarting laptop, after connect and disconnect dongle 
  2. Attaching dongle on different ports f since in my laptop I dont have Type-C so I have you USB - Type C converter came with headphones. 
  3. Tried to uninstall driver from device manager in windows and the restart laptop after attached dongle again still same result 😞 attaching image for reference I have uninstalled highlighted one]

To anyone still having this issue: In order to get the USB-C Dongle to work you need to go into your device manager and uninstall the device that's listed as "Unknown" with your dongle plugged in, then unplug and replug it, worked every time for me so far

 

I hope razer finds the issue that causes this and fix it, I’m sure many people are having problems.

Pensava que era um problema no meu dongle. As vezes quando ligo o pc fica como “dispositivo desconhecido”, so desencaixar e encaixar novamente que resolve.

Mas é um problema chato ter que fazer isso quase toda vez.
