Whine in Headset?

Hey all, Just bought a BlackShark V2 Pro, have had no problems with connectivity or anything like that. But when its connected wireless I hear a dull whining sound in the right ear. Is this normal? Sorry if this is a silly question this is my first wireless headset. Thanks.

    Did you try changing USB ports? Have you connected it to a different computer and check if the behavior is the same? Fix the issue by performing the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, send me the serial number of your headset via PM. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
