Hi, just wondering how to go about confirming a store before making an online purchase. The warranty faq page says click on the contact link to confirm, but there’s absolutely no way to just raise a ticket without having already purchased the item.
Anyway, my question is im in Australia, but there is a large nz online store https://www.pbtech.com/au selling razer products to Australia. Just wondering if from Australia i get the product shipped internationally, will it still have a valid warranty, and how would the warranty work, would i have to post any problems back to NZ or can i use the local infrastructure?
