who writes your customer service scripts?


i've dealt with and worked for many different customer service teams over the years. ignoring the poor support and fobbing off I'm getting I'd like to draw your attention to this phrase that keeps coming up. "We truly admire your understanding and kindness. People like you inspire us to do our best more." This is hands down the most cringeworthy, insincere and ever so slightly creepy phrase i've ever come across. I can only conclude that one of your staff got that into the script as a bet. I raise my glass to you, you little customer service rebel. Also, Please fix your synapse 3 sticking keys issue and get your customer service people to stop pretending that it's the first time it's ever happened.
