I have been trying to purchase to buy to purchase something on the website for hours and everything needs an 2nd step authentication way through codes or text messages I haven't setup any before so i have to use the text message and here comes the problem if i want to change or use anything or buy i need those 2nd step authentication so i have to use the text message option and they are not sending me the message if you want to make the website more secure thats good but at least be up to it I sent a ticket and  tried to talk to an agent no response and I am in a hurry for the purchase so thats why am here trying to find a quick solution I have the otp but can't use it in this case also
