why are my keybinds only working when I press fn+y

Yesterday I was just playing and randomly I must have pressed something cuz my keyboard is now not working on full capacity, some of the keybinds will only work if I press fn+y, I have reset the keyboard to factory and it still does the same thing so I am concerned that this will go on
