My Razer Viper V2 Pro's wireless dongle randomly stopped working and I don't know why. It was working fine one day then the next it no longer works, is there any way to get this item replaced? I have had this mouse for 6 months and started having problems with it within the first month.

why can I not use my viper V2 pro wirelessly?
Unfortunately this was a widespread issue with the Viper V2 Pro mice, happened to mine, they sent new dongle in the mail but now the Mouse Pairing Utility thats used to pair them with new/replacement dongles no longer supports the Viper V2 Pro. Support for the Viper V2 Pro pretty much ended when the Viper V3 Pro released this past Spring.
Bottom Line: Time to retire your Viper V2 Pro and get a new mouse, just be sure to keep any accessories that it came with, especially the USB-C Cable they bundle with them as those are useful and will work with most periphials that you may have anyways 😁
