Hi everyone, i have a problem with my Razer Naga Pro: It doesn’t reconnect over Bluetooth after my PC or the mouse goes to sleep. The only way I can get it working again is to:

Switch to 2.4GHz mode

Remove the Naga Pro from Bluetooth settings

repair it by holding the two DPI buttons and the middle mouse button
It’s annoying to have to do this every single time. I would just use the 2.4GHz dongle instead, but i dont wnat that i want to use bluetooth. I tried searching the forums, but nothing helped so far. I see people have reported this before, but there are no updates, no fixes, and no official response from Razer. On top of that, I been trying to contact Razer support, but it is IMPOSSIBLE. There’s no email, no working support form, no live chat . nothing I can find. So: Is there any actual fix for the Bluetooth reconnect problem? How can I get in touch with Razer support directly?
This mouse cost a lot tbh, and it’s ridiculous to have these kinds of basic problems with no support response.
