Why cant i use my surround 7.1 pro?

To be quick about it, i bought myself some Razer Hammerhead around 2014 and had a 7.1 surround pro activation code for free with them. I have been using it since, but yesterday, (after doing a windows reset to fix some of my problems), i re-downloaded the synapse 2.0 and realized that it didn't have the surround with it. It recognized all my other Razer peripherals normally. I downloaded some (new??) surround 7.1 software from Razer but it asked an activation code. I also found that the surround 7.1 pro has been discontinued for something called "THX Spatial audio"(pics included). Last thing, i found out that the code should have been tied to my Razer account, to which it was not. Now my problem is. What do i replace the surround 7.1 pro with? Where is my activation code and why was it not tied to my account(probably my mistake) after being used for 6+ straight years? I hope i explained my situation well with little errors :C.
