I’ve had my kraken kittys for a couple years now, but ive been having issues with them disconnecting and reconnecting sporadically whilst ive had them. It does it on my home PC and my work PC and i always wondered if it was a synapse issue or a THX issue? Ill have periods of time where there is no issue so feeling a bit lost.
At this point its making them unusable! I game alot but cant use the comms as its just in and out all the time.
Has anyone come to any fixes ?

Did you already try following the steps here for further isolation? Are you using the Synapse app on both of your home and work PCs? If yes, I suggest you test the headset without the app running in the background. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds to help you address the connection problem. Thanks!
