Why does it show my Deathadder v3 pro mouse instead of the connected hyperpolling dongle?

Weird issue with my Deathadder pro v3 and I have tried everything under the sun to get it back to 8000hz Polling rate. Basically my mouse works perfectly fine but only at 1000hz Poilling , Razer Synapse does not detect the HyperPolling dongle but works perfectly fine with my Deathadder at 1000hz polling only.

I to am having the same problem. Razer hyperpolling dongle is not recognized by Razer Synapse 4 when plugged into computer, it is for my Viper Hyperspeed mouse, however, it does show Razer v3 pro mouse when plugging it in and unplugging it, removed this device i do not own from the synapse device list. ive tried uninstalling the driver for this mouse and the hyperpolling dongle is still recognized as a mouse device vs dongle device. what can i do?
