Why does my Barrcuda Pink headset disconnect and reconnect?

I've had a wonderful experience with my headset for 6 months now. But in the last 2 weeks it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting within 2 mins. It never seems to connect to the synapse. That wasn't a problem a month ago. I only connect with the 2.4ghz.

Hey ​@Born2slow,

I get the frustration when experiencing connection issues with your headset. Can you download the Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds for the issue.
