why does my brand new keyboard not work

My grandfather let me pick out a keyboard for Christmas so I picked the black widow v3 hyperspeed. The keyboard was great at first but now half the keys don’t register. I’ve never abused the keyboard and I’ve not used it much. Please help

It behaves the same both wireless and wired?

Tried to create new empty profile in Synapse or connect it to another PC without Synapse installed?


It behaves the same no matter what it’s connected to. I haven’t tried to do the synapse thing so I’ll give that a shot

Hi ILLBarbecue820,

The keyboard may be in Demo Mode, causing it to be unresponsive. Please perform the steps below to hard reset your device.

  1. Switch the keyboard off.
  2. Unplug the USB cable.
  3. Press and hold “Escape”, “Caps Lock”, and the space bar.
  4. Plug the keyboard into a USB port or switch it on.
