Why does my razer blackshark v3 x hyperspeed have this static sound?

Hello. I have bought this headset 3 days ago and when there is no audio I can hear a loud static sound or when I listen a song at %50-%45 volume I hear a static sound  (these happen in 2.4ghz and wired mode) How can I fix this problem? Is this how it should be or is this a faulty product?

    I also have this problem when connecting it to my Xbox series s using the dongle but it works when I use it on my phone

    It’s because it’s not compatible with whatever you’re connecting it too. The static is getting picked up through the mic and that is what you are hearing. Pretty sure the best way to fix is to hand it back where you bought it and get a compatible version with what you are using it with. That’s what I am having to do because the same thing is happening with my headset connecting to Xbox
