Why does my Razer Deathadder only work when my mousepad is very specifically angled?
Razer customer service on Reddit has been trying to help me out with this and they asked me to record a video of what is happening. Since it's recorded, I may as well repost it.
This seems like a very strange problem, and it only started happening recently. Has this happened to anyone else?

In case you can't watch the video:
So, this is kind of hard to explain, but my mouse only works when the mousepad is oriented in a very specific way. If I were to rotate the mousepad even as little as 5 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise, the mouse does not work. This happens on all mousepads.
Maybe this doesnt seem like a big deal, but its very inconvenient since I basically have to keep my wrist perpendicular to the mousepad. Does anyone else have this problem?
Tried....
-different mousepads
-cleaning the mouse
-3button calibration
-calibration through synapse (option not available)
-complete removal and reinstall of synapse
