Why does my Viper Ultimate disconnect all of my peripherals when used wirelessly?

I've seen many threads saying that their Viper ultimate disconnects intermittently when used wirelessly, but for me all of my devices just disconnect and reconnect. This happens alteast once every use cycle of the PC. It has not happened at all if the mouse is connected via cable. Any solutions or troubleshooting tips? 

I've reinstalled drivers/Synapse and did a clean install of Windows but the issue has persisted.

Also, this issue always happens if say I stream something on Discord or a game/program opens an external window within the program (e.g. steam browser opening when trying to purchase something in CS2)
