Why does razer cortex keep detecting 30 fps on my games on booster prime

when im trying to boost fortnite on booster prime in keeps saying i only can go up to 30 fps. I know for a fact my pc gets over 30 fps so we does it keep saying that. And i tried just boosting it anyways but it doesnt change my fps, it actually adds more input lag to the game and i have a delay when i move or build. I tried everything from repairing the app , deleting it and unistalling fortnite and i cant find any information online because it seems like im the only person having these problems with cortex. pleasseeee help me i wanna 300+ fps on fortnite like the good days
