In January I bought a Razer BlackWiddow V4 Pro keyboard, I opened a ticket about an issue and that was resolved.
I didn’t think anything of it, but as time went on, the double key press started happening on several keys. At first, I thought it was me, I gaslighted myself to say that maybe my fingers were twitching.
I tried to open a support claim, but the keyboard serial number is worn off (note, no scratches or anything, just rubbed off like it’s a cheap ink on top of the sticker.
I tried to open a support ticket based on my old one to get the serial number, no replies. No support. Nothing.
So my questions to the community
- Why doesn’t Razer support respond?
- Why does my $300.00 keyboard apparently have no warranty or support?
- And WTF is wrong with the switches? Note, Amazon has a flood of reviews with the same issue, you can now see several youtube videos demonstrating this issue.
