Why doesnt kishi V2 work with games like Apex and Cod

To sum it up, I switched from ios to droid and got the kishi v2. Feels great but no games i want work wirh it? Is there a fix or should i just return it?

    Ketchum, just to double check - have you downloaded the new razer cortex/nexus app on the store? It should include screen mapping. Also, you might need to head over to accessability settings on your phone and:
    • Allow the app to display over other apps
    • Head to the app accessability settings on Nexus
      • Switch "Use Nexus" to on
      • Not sure what this does but, switch "Nexus Shortcut" to on
    Give it go and let me know if you can start mapping button while in game
