Why has every Razer Naga Trinity I've bought been defective?

I switched from using a Hexa last year to the trinity. I loved it at first very good first impressions. However, after about three months of moderate use the Hold-left click just stops working. I thought perhaps I might have just gotten a dud but the second one I purchased started having the same issue in roughly the same time. I am now on my third and this issue has (surprise surprise) presented itself AGAIN. I have no idea if its still in warranty I typically don't hold on to receipts/packaging for more than 2 weeks as I expect products to work. So is this a known issue and should I just call it and accept that this product is a pos?
