Why i cant download synapse.

Can you detail more what actually happens when you attempt to download? Error message etc?

i have same prblm 
i just install fresh windows 10 , i plugged my viper v3 pro and my headset blackshark v2 + usb sound card , razer pop up in my desk and say server inaccessible …. i tried to retry but same problem
