Just received my Kiyo Pro Ultra...and while using the webcam in meetings or within SYNAPSE the video suddenly distort ( do not know the exact term to use). Has anyone else experienced something similar.

That’s very inconvenient. Did you try replicating the behavior by connecting the device to another USB port or computer? Ensure the camera is directly into your PC’s port, not on a USB hub. Also, please ensure that the Kiyo Pro Ultra’s firmware is updated. You can download it here. By the way, I replied to your PM. Let’s continue our conversation there.
did you find a fix for this? this sounds like the same problem i have with the video feed itself flickering. every time i have tried to find a solution it’s for light flickering. very frustrating
