Anyway, It's just wrong, that I've to login to use software tool for hardware that I own. Just look at voting results of old thread.

Hey there! A Razer ID account is needed to register your device and use it as the account when signing in to your Razer Synapse app. This will allow you to save and load your customized profiles from the cloud once you are signed in. There's a "continue as guest" option too so you can log in without registering an email address. Please refer to the screenshots below:
