Basically the title, I have tried removing and adding the earbuds to my Bluetooth settings, I have also tried cleaning them and adjusting audio settings. None of it has worked

Please try to connect the headset to a different audio source and see if the issue persists. If so, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its model and verify the warranty. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
