Why is my Razer Kraken V4 only playing audio from one side? (Left)

Had this headset for a few months, and noticed, that when i got a new monitor (4K, running on a 5060), my headset decided to, when loud sounds play, or bass heavy sounds play, to cut out one ear audio. Supposedly it was software issue, and it fixed it a bit, then it started again. I’m even running 1080p now because I thought that’d fix it. Someone help?

Please try the troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue. Additionally, please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
