why is my thx spatial audio activation key not working?

i just bought the barracuda x and the spatial audio activations key isnt working, it just says its invalid

Same issue, just got a Kraken X v4. Registered it and got the key, but says its invalid. Retyped it several times but no dice...

It is NOT THX Spatial.

The THX Spatial Audio is difference from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. I think you have entered the code on the wrong software. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
