I caught the Synapse app running almost 30% processor load and heating up the GPU to the point of fan ramp, at idle, and without a mouse connected. After closing Synapse all temps return to normal. Is there something wrong with my Synapse or is this functioning as intended?

Consuming 30% of the CPU even on idle is beyond normal. Did you already try to repair or perform a clean installation of the app? If that didn't work, PM me the version of the Synapse app so I can raise your concern to the relevant team for them to have a closer look at the issue. Thanks!
